Summary:
Join Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM), a global leader in advancing care for surgical and critically ill patients. In our APM business unit, we are offering a unique opportunity for an entry-level marketer passionate about brand management. You will play a pivotal role in executing global marketing campaigns, developing materials, and planning promotional activities. Your focus will be on supporting the promotional needs of our advanced hemodynamic monitoring portfolio. By keeping clinicians and patients at the forefront, you will bring our strategies, communications, and experiences to life in ways that resonate globally.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute compelling brand and digital campaigns that align with our business objectives
? Support development of marketing messages based on regional strategies
? Efficiently lead and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and consistent updates to stakeholders.
? Manage the production, scheduling, and approval process for various communication mediums such as print and digital brochures, advertisements, event content, webpages, sales tools, digital campaign assets, and clinical materials.
? Facilitate production-level communication with external vendor/agency contacts, providing updates or creative feedback as needed.
? Ensure all materials comply with legal and regulatory standards. Implement and direct changes according to corporate brand guidelines, BU style guides, and regional ethics guidelines (e.g., EucoMed, AdvaMed).
? Proofread and edit materials, ensuring alignment with corporate identity, brand strategy, marketing guidelines, and trademark requirements.
? Handle incidental duties, including sourcing and managing digital assets, conducting research, undertaking special projects, and performing assigned brand-related tasks.

? Proficiency in MS Office Suite and adaptability to new technologies.

? Solid understanding of marketing principles and experience in print and multimedia production preferred.

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field
* 1-2 years of experience required
We are responsible for developing marketing communications, digital & omnichannel marketing campaigns, and marketing materials for existing products and new product launches - including brochures, web pages, social media posts, emails, and advertisements. We are also stewards of the company's brand and ensure it is executed accurately throughout our business unit.
o Does your team use any specific technology/software you want us to look out for? Basic Microsoft applications - Outlook, Excel, Word.
o What would standout for you in a resume? Some experience in marketing communications, social media management, content creation/strategy, or digital marketing. Someone in Medtech industry would also stand out, but not required. Somone who has done project management for a marketing team would also be considered.
o What does the ideal candidate need to possess to be successful in this role? Basic understanding of marketing campaign concepts, strong project management skills, ability to take direction the execute independently.
o What will a typical workday look like? This role is 20 hours per week, on-site. Day to day they will be managing projects through Vault approval process following up with stakeholders, communicating changes back to agency partners, working with agency partners to develop new content. This is not necessarily a strategic role. They will have opportunity to contribute to content / campaign strategy development, but will primarily focus on executing assets with agency partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders for feedback / approvals.
